In addition to competency, experience and physical fitness, our processes include assessment of their ability based on past performacne, attitude evaluation through interview and psychometric tests. All our manning centres/agencies stricly adhere to our recruitment policies to ensure that only those Seafarers who meet our stadnards are put forward to us thus maintain consistency in our standards of Seafarers irrespective of their nationality, with emphasis on continuous improvement of the system through feedback. Our Performance Appraisal is one of the most effective tools, which is designed to reflect the realistic performance of our Seafarers and their training needs for their development to enhance the performance.
