We maintain comprehensive personal records of all our Seafarers, officers and ratings alike. These files include their service records, qualifications, references obtained from their previous employers, health records, performacne evaluation during their service with us. Most importantly these files are updated promptly after every activity, such as sign-on/sign-off, trainign needs, after training, etc.
