We instill genuine care for our Seafarers and their families through our policies and like minded shore staff. We maintain crew welfare cells at all our manning offices to support the families of our Seafarers with various errands such as paper work related to bank accounts, bank loans, school admissions, educating them on savings plans, tracking of allotments, emergency funding, medical assistance if needed, keeping the Seafarers informed of the welfare of families’ welfare in case of disturbances and/or calamities, as well as keeping the families informed of the Seafarer’s well-being and disembarkation plans, etc.
